Lisa Pannett was at the Missouri Capitol every day the General Assembly was in session in 2025. This book is her account of it.

Sessions are remembered in fragments — a headline here, a floor speech there, and then a long silence until the next one begins. What rarely survives is the shape of the whole thing: what was taken up, what was traded away in the last week, and how the year actually unfolded for the people watching it happen.

End of Session Recap is written to keep that record. It is a permanent, printed account of the 2025 session as it was observed — not a press release, and not a reconstruction after the fact.
